You really should give Jennifer 10 stars. She is the most the most competent and thorough agent I have ever known. The first house she sold for us in less than a week above the listed price. The second house sold in less than 48 hours for the listed price. She also handles the purchase of this house. She does everything but sign and deposit the check. Great lady!
